Secondary Mathematics Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Mathematics teacher to join our Secondary School team at Dover, teaching across the IB Middle Years and Diploma Programmes.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons across Grades 9–12, including IB Diploma Analysis & Approaches and Applications & Interpretation courses
- Act as a tutor/advisor to a group of students, supporting their academic and pastoral development
- Contribute to curriculum review and development within the Mathematics department
- Set, mark and moderate assessments in line with IB and school standards
- Supervise and contribute to co-curricular activities, including Maths competitions or clubs
- Communicate regularly with parents on student progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education or a related field; PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
- Minimum 3 years' secondary Mathematics teaching experience, ideally within an IB or international curriculum
- Experience teaching IB Diploma Mathematics an advantage
- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
