Our history

  1. 1971

    UWCSEA is founded in Singapore as one of the earliest members of the UWC movement.

  2. 2007

    UWCSEA East opens in Tampines, giving the college a second full K1–Grade 12 campus.

  3. 2010s

    Both campuses complete major redevelopments, expanding boarding, arts and sports facilities.

  4. 2026

    Over 5,600 students across Dover and East, part of a global network of 18 UWC schools and colleges.
